Why not, after all it's Spring on the calendar & in the sky as well today!!! What can we have in mind beside taking a walk after a day @ work, lay down on the grass in a park... When was the last time you walked barefoot on a lawn??? And after that, what about a glass of wine to reshape your palate... like a glass of "La Pepie" from Marc Ollivier. More known for his gorgeously crisp muscadets, he brings us a lovely Cot ( the name for Malbec around here), but watch out, if you're an aficionado of the argentinian Malbec, you'll be disappointed!!!

Another great start, if you wanna share a bottle with friends, or if you're very thirsty, what about cracking a bottle of Beaujolais, like a deep, onctuous and gourmand Morgon 96 "Le Clos des Lys" by Genevieve & Jean-Claude Chanudet from Domaine J. Chamonard ??? Again, if you love partying for Beaujolais Nouveau, keep back, there's no sulfites, no raspberry and no bananas in this one!!!

Now you're ready for a little food. Due to a beautiful weather, we are bringing some new items on the menu like a creamy gazpacho, a tasty fish and crab terrine, some tender white asparagus or a lavish mini lobster burger.

To top it of, we kept the purest for the end And what's better than a sweet note for a grandiose finale. For that matter, the latest is a glass of Jurancon "Cuvee Marie Katalin" 05 from Domaine de Souch. Made 100% of Petit Maseng with 18 months in barrique, Yvonne Hegoburu's nectar delivers candied fruits and honey notes in an endless finish along with a spicy touch... really, you have to try!!!

For that Memorial Day week-end, we wish you a great week-end if you gonna get out of town... For us, staying, we'll have good wines, whether it rains or not, and Sunday, we'll have our swine dose with some greasy SUCKLING PIG... and as they say "Just eat It!!!"

P.S : don't drink and drive, you could end in jail and for a week-end like this one, you can be locked in for quiet a few hours/days!!! trust me...
