64 years ago, it was the end of combat in Europe for World War 2 and 71 years ago, it was the birth of my Mother!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOUNE, I LOVE YOU!!!

On May 9th 1950, Robert Schuman, (pictured here) the French Foreign Affair, made a speech that is considered to be the "Birth Certificate" of Europe as we can see it now... Yes, it takes time to build.

Is there anything more beautiful, more emotional, more touching, more anything than motherhood (beside fatherhood)???
And for that day, it seems that Mother Nature, herself, will give New-York some sun. Speaking of sun and my geographical position, I'm thinking of exotic, like ocean and mountains, flowers and fruits; and about fruit, pineapple, and with pineapple, pork!!! One more time, Science had proven it's reliability!!!
PORK ROAST WITH PINEAPPLE it will be, may be with a magnum of Acacias 06 from Herve Villemade.

 And more than ever, the Oyster Happy Hour that I would pair with a magnum of Muscadet Clos des Briords 06 from Marc Ollivier...
