...time's up!!! Holidays are behind, and everybody's back on track with the "Good Resolutions" for 20-10.

For us, it's gonna be more wine & more food, no matter what. For this week-end, Hicham, our great Chef @ Les Enfants Terribles, came up to my mind as I was shopping on Arthur Avenue, so I asked my butcher about a baby goat, and everything came to life. So here we are, we'll ride Sunday with a GOAT TAJINE.

For the wine, thank you SSS, we have some gem that just landed yesterday, 2 wines from Genevieve & Jean-Claude "Le Chat" Chanudet from Domaine Chamonard. The older vintages I was dreaming about for the Beaujolais Week-End we organized in November, that we could have had by the glass then... Morgon 1995 and 1996!!!

I'm kind of in a hurry, more news next week, more wines and the prep for the next trip, in 2 weeks, for wine shows in France, some serious ones my friends!!!

I'm off to get a bread maker!!!
